How do I contact support?

Send us an email at support@boltbrief.com with a description of your issue. Please include your browser version and any error messages you see.

I can't install the extension

Make sure you're using Google Chrome (version 116 or later) on desktop. Visit the Chrome Web Store listing and click "Add to Chrome". If the button is greyed out, try restarting Chrome or clearing your browser cache.

How do I manage my subscription?

Open the BoltBrief extension, go to Options, and click "Manage Subscription". You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime through the Stripe billing portal.

I was charged incorrectly

Please email support@boltbrief.com with your account email and a description of the billing issue. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

The extension isn't working on a video

Try these steps: 1) Refresh the YouTube page, 2) Click the BoltBrief icon to re-open the panel, 3) Check that the extension is up to date in chrome://extensions, 4) Try disabling other extensions that modify YouTube. If the issue persists, email us with the video URL.
